Smart MoBee Corporation (“SMC”) ("us", "we", or "our"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (“ESI”), developed Forbes Park Mobile App (the “App”), an exclusive community mobile App for Barangay Forbes Park (“Forbes Park” or “Community”) in the City of Makati, Metro-Manila, Philippines for the exclusive use of its residents, officers of the Barangay and Forbes Park Association (“FPA”), and other parties authorized by the Barangay to service the community. The App will not be available to any party outside of and not affiliated with Forbes Park.

The purpose of this App is to provide the residents of Forbes Park mobile access to community services and can act as an effective mechanism for communication between the residents and the governing body of the community.


Key features:

• Exclusive app for Forbes Park community only. Residents are pre-registered by the Barangay before they can use the mobile App.

• Provides residents with Alerts and Notifications and access to up-to-date information from multiple sources concerning their community.

• Provides a platform for the Barangay and FPA to conduct surveys and/or polls regarding community issues.

• Provides multi-directional communication platform among Barangay Officials, FPA Officials, and Residents to foster community collaboration for addressing community issues through the use of the Forbes Park Community Forum that integrates Bulletin Board System and other chatting tools.

• Provides residents with the ability to access invitations to Barangay and FPA community events with options to either accept or decline invitations.

• Provides residents with the ability to file Incident Reports for incidents such as traffic accidents, noise complaints, road assistance, theft, vandalism, etc.

• Provides residents with the ability to reserve the following community amenities: Covered Court, Multi-Purpose Hall, Pavilion Hall, and W Cameron Hall.

• Provides residents with instant access to the websites of the following community points of interest: Santuario de San Antonio Parish, Manila Polo Club, and Manila Golf and Country Club and Makati Medical Center

• Provides residents with ability to request medical and/or dental appointments at the community’s healthcare clinic.

• Provides the ability for the Barangay and/or FPA to send Alerts & Notifications or Broadcast messages to the residents of the community.
