The obtained answer results can be output as CSV and transferred to a PC. You can perform detailed analysis on your PC.

The main functions of this app are as follows.
1. 1. Freely create a questionnaire (5 types of templates that are convenient for creating are available)
2. Questionnaire aggregation is of course automatic
3. 3. The date and time are automatically recorded when the questionnaire is acquired. You can also set the acquisition location such as the weather by setting the environment separately.
4. Three types of questionnaire creation options are available
・ Postal code entry question: Automatically records the area of ​​residence of the person who answered from the entered zip code
・ Personal information input question: You can set a question about personal information such as the address and date of birth of the person who answered.
・ You can set the QR code reading screen of LINE @ at the end of the questionnaire.
5. Questionnaire results and personal information entered can be output externally as a CSV file
6. The same questionnaire can be set on multiple terminals using the backup function.
