A vision is a vision of your best self. It's what your life looks like, how you feel, and what you're doing if you imagine your best, healthiest self.
Binding smaller goals to a broader vision increases the chances of success. Instead of focusing on a list of seemingly daunting goals, think of a big picture or a vision that ties them all together. As a wellness coach, I recommend that everyone create a health vision and review it every 6-12 months.
