Our app allows us to receive requests for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance for our cleaning company. The app allows us to enter the location of the service and a description of the work performed. It also allows our operators to upload one or more images (up to 5 images) of the work performed. It also provides access to the device's camera. Our customers, through authentication, can submit service requests. These will be sent to the email address [email protected] and via SMS to a pre-set phone number assigned to the admin. The service request filled out by the customer only contains a text field to describe the requested service.
