Society Sewa is a smart digital platform for housing societies and apartments. It helps society owners manage operations like maintenance fees, complaints, and updates, while flat owners/residents get a transparent and easy way to stay connected with their society.

Installation: Steps to install the app:

1 Open Google Play Store (Android).
2 Search for “SocietySewa” and tap Install/Get.
3 Open the app and select your role: Society/Apartment Owner (Admin) or Flat Owner/Resident.
3. Registration Process

Step 1: Society/Apartment Owner Registration
The society/apartment admin registers their society by entering details such as name, address, payment details/UPI and number of flats. After registration, the app generates a unique society code. For example, Vasundhra Apartment → VAS001. This code is shared with all residents for
joining.

Step 2: Flat Owner/Resident Registration
1 Select “Join Society/Apartment” option.
2 Enter the unique code provided by your society (e.g., VAS001).
3 Fill in details: Name, Flat Number, Contact Info.
4 The society/apartment admin will verify flat Owner/Resident details
5 Once approved, access your society’s dashboard.

For Society Owners/Admins:
1 Centralized dashboard with all flats and residents.
2 Generate & track maintenance fees (paid/unpaid).
3 Handle complaints digitally.
