USAID Boresha Afya Southern Zone's implementation of OpenSRP in health facilities. This utility accepts referrals that have been made from the community using OpenSRP community referrals application.

The application also allows the user at a health facility to make referrals to other departments inside the same facility, to other health facilities and the handling of such referrals that have been made to his/her station.

This app depends on the availability of a backend server(OpenSRP server). After the initial login, the app can work in offline-mode with synchronization option available.
