This app is a board game timer for up to four players. It is designed to complement the Chartagon board game competitions, but can of course also be used for other games... Or why not as a yoga or stretch timer, or to time your waffles in a good looking way! Just try out the built in presets in all kinds of different settings to get more Chartagon into your life!

This timer app is more than a simple timer, and you can individualize the timer for each player. The extra features include:

1) auto swithing to next player, which is a new way of forcing players to make a move,

2) delay before timer starts counting down,

3) sandglass feature that increments a competitors time in proportion to your own countdown, and

4) time increment when switching players.

Also, the timer has a completely new randomization algorithm that shuffles the order of players, but still make sure that all players get to play within maximum four moves, and that the same player cannot make two moves in a row. Just in case you get experimental and want to explore...

Tap the middle of the screen (compass) to toggle the settings menu on and off. While playing, the red arrow of the compass shows which player has his/her turn. When the the player is done he/she should tap on the active timer, and the compass will show which player should play next. If you are less then four players, set the max time for some of the timers to "off".

Final words: the minutes and seconds remaining are not shown during play. This is by design, but please contact us if you think we need to change this!
