SBL Babies is an interactive app that provides helpful tools to track the mother’s health, kick counter, contraction timer, birth plan, packing list and relaxing sounds to listen to during labor. It also includes the opportunity to journal, tools to help plan menus, acquire nursery needs, tools to track used diapers, feedings and lactation. It provides links to medical staff and clinics for continued care, childbirth education programs and information on what to expect through each trimester, when delivering, and what parents may need to care for the baby at home. It includes links to local resources and social media.
