- Schedule of Condos: It is possible to view registration information of the Condominium as well as private information of each one, contacts of the syndicate, manager, condominiums;

- Downloads: Download Convocations, communiqués, defaults, minutes, documents and balance sheets;

- Internal Messages: sending and receiving internal messages (between users);

- Supplier Search: Providing phones and emails from all suppliers working with the company;

- E-mail agenda: Possibility of sending communiqués to all condominium owners via email;

- Tickets: Display of all tickets of all the condominium customers;

- Assemblies: Complete agenda with all assemblies held and those that are marked in the future;

- Service Orders: Generation of service call and monitoring the situation in real time;

- Consumption Readings: Complete list of water and gas consumptions readings in condominiums in order to resolve doubts at assemblies.
