Our menu focuses around our signature sushi burritos which are filled with high quality sushi grade fish cut right here in our restaurants as well as fresh vegetables and signature sauces created from scratch from our own recipes.

Our rice cure and blackening seasonings are also made on site by us and our team of chefs. Joining us from the last sushi restaurant is the previous two head chefs trained by Toby.
