About the app

- The SEW Field Service mobile app is for SEW employees and its business partners use only.

How does it work?

- Priority Plumbing plumbers receive meter installation jobs from the SEW Works Management System on their mobile devices.
- Plumbers can view their scheduled jobs on a map from the Field Service mobile app. Seeing their work on the map helps Plumbers plan their day and provides an easy way to trigger travel directions or contact the customer.
- Using the Field Service mobile app, Plumbers will have the ability to capture installed meter attributes and any job costs relating to installation.
