Note of validity: The amendments to the first paragraph of Section B of article 123 and Base XI of Section A of article 122 relating to the legal regime of labor relations between Mexico City and its workers, published by Decree DOF 29-01 -2016, regarding the political reform of Mexico City, will come into force as of January 1, 2020.
