The Winnipeg Transit+ On-Request app provides quick, convenient access for eligible Winnipeg Transit Plus customers and Winnipeg Transit On-Request riders in select service zones. The Winnipeg Transit On-Request portion of this app will be launching later in 2024.
Customers of both services can:
Book trips
Check the status of rides in real time
Set up and receive trip notifications.
Winnipeg Transit Plus provides a transportation service for registered individuals who cannot use City of Winnipeg buses and meet the eligibility criteria. In addition, registered Winnipeg Transit Plus customers can do the following:
Attach a payment method
Set accessibility feature preferences
Review upcoming trips
Winnipeg Transit On-Request allows riders to request rides from a bus operator. Riders receive a pick-up time and walking directions to a pick-up stop in their neighbourhood. Please note: Bus operators may take slight detours to pick up other riders along the route.
