MTC Speedtest is the official internet speed measurement tool developed by the Lao Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (LTRA), Ministry of Technology and Communications (MTC), Lao PDR.
It allows users to quickly and accurately test their download speed, upload speed, latency, and signal quality for mobile broadband networks.
This app is part of the National Telecommunications and Internet Quality Inspection Center initiative.
