SPIRALS Med is An extension of SPIRALS Health Suite which enables any Chemist or Wholesaler to download a very simple app, register themselves and start getting online orders from their patients.
These patients can have their own App or can simply fill in their information on the web portal (for delivery of Medicines) and upload their prescriptions.
Patients can do this through the SPIRALS Patient Portal or App in just three steps 1) Select Address of Delivery and 2) Upload Prescription and 3) Send to Chemist.
If patients are not having a SPIRALS Account, they can simply follow the same steps plus some information for verification that this order placed is not fake. With provided and verified information, Patients will get lifetime free SPIRALS Account where they will keep on getting various discounts and free gifts from time to time (as per company policies).
Chemists will get a dashboard to see what all orders are placed and how much they are processed. They also get the feature to onboard their delivery boys on the App and every order can be tracked while it is getting delivered to the Patient.
