In order to optimize the delivery process in Sipost, the development of an APP is required that allows the settlement of the shipment, register the process of proof of delivery and return of shipments:

The new APP is required to work with Android system version 8.0 onwards and to have the same functionalities as the current LIQYAPP.

The APP must validate that the login users correspond to the Sipost Distributor Role, that is, the login users to the APP correspond to those created in Sipost, keep in mind that for TRANSPORT users they must be associated with the names of the same or company name (Multiservicios Guavio MSG - Servicios Especializados Correos Colombia SEMCA - Transportes Especiales A&S (TRANES) or those that may be necessary in the future.

Perform Upload on a physical device so as not to depend on 100% connectivity, taking into account that in some places there is not an optimal signal that allows information to be recorded online:

The APP must periodically synchronize the information that has not had an online connection and is pending transmission to Sipost, (Maintaining the information and GPS location taken)
•
A postman will not be able to receive a new load if he has settlement information pending synchronization with SIPOST.
4.
Settlement process with and without connectivity: In the settlement process, the settlement information must first be recorded locally on the device and if it has a connection, immediately attempt online settlement.
5.
Pending shipments form due to lack of connectivity: The postman must have the option to see on a screen the shipments that are pending synchronization with SIPOST and allow the synchronization immediately.
6.
Process of pending shipments when it has connectivity: The application will have an internal process where upon detecting connectivity it will begin the synchronization of pending settlements with SIPOST
7.
Settlement for unsuccessful deliveries: The application must allow settlement for unsuccessful deliveries. As is currently done, the GPS location where the process is carried out must be saved to have traceability of the location where the postman carries out his settlement process.
