Based on the results of some of the most recent research of our work group, the components of Human Performance & Sports Science of the University of Murcia present this totally free application that will allow the user to achieve 2 priority objectives:

1) Provide athletes and trainers with a test that objectively quantifies the effects and adaptations produced by the aerobic endurance training process, in a valid, practical, simple and economical way.

2) Provide athletes and trainers with an individualized report of training zones based on the location of the main physiological milestones of the aerobic pathway, in order to guide with greater certainty the cardiorespiratory adaptations that are desired to be achieved.

To resolve any type of doubt about its operation and usefulness, a link to the Tutorial is provided to guide the user easily through the different screens of the APP.

Additional information is also provided for the correct interpretation and practical application of the VAM-HPSS test results.
