SQUAD6OALS app delivers a minimum effective dose of functional fitness training – perfect for working parents and busy professionals.
The S6 BEDROCK program challenges you with daily workouts that priotize full-body functional strength/stability, power generation, fascia training and metabolic conditioning. Your workout score – based on metrics like time, total reps, total calories or reps per minute – agregates to a daily leaderboard, showing you how you rank against the wider S6 community.
S6 BEDROCK workouts require minimal equipment to complete – a few dumbbells, a heavier kettlebell, resistance bands, a medicine ball, gymnastics rings or a suspension trainer – but scale easily to incorporate a full gym. All S6 programming is designed and tested by Certified Functional Strength Coach, Ben Weaver, and can be completed in under 45 minutes.
You can enhance your training by opting into specialty add-on programs – ie. Gen Strength, Functional Powerlifting, The WTF Weekend Challenge – which add depth and specificity to suit any training goal.
Completing 6 BEDROCK workouts unlocks the ability to form a squad, a custom training group whose metcon scores post to squad-specific leaderboards, making fitness a shared experience with core compatriots, regardless of physical location.
