This system is intended to automate the current loyalty program in the Green Electrics. The current system is only allowed to benefit the shop assistants who suggest Green Electric products to the customers over other products. From the intended system, using the loyalty program, all of the customers and the electricians who buy products from the dealers will be benefited, and also the entire program will be automated.

The main purpose of the intended system is to increase the efficiency of the current manual loyalty program. Automating these processes will enhance the system’s accuracy, performance and reliability. Furthermore, the system will be able to grant benefits not only to the shop assistants, but also to the electricians and customers who buy the products of Green Electrics.
