The ANA - Authorizations, Notifications and Approvals application allows purchasing users and suppliers of the Paradigma SRG360 platform to receive notifications and carry out authorizations and approvals with smartphones.
The application sends messages or notifications of the main activities configured on the portal to which the user is connected.
The main activities for buyers/approvers are:
• Receive notifications of pending authorizations/approvals
• Purchase request authorization
• Quotation approval
• Purchase order approval
• Approval of contracts and commercial agreements
• Receive follow-up notifications for purchase orders
• Receive notifications of request and negotiation of purchase order deliveries
The main activities for suppliers are:
• Receive notifications of opening, extension, suspension and closing of negotiations
• Receive notifications of negotiations in which the supplier has been invited but has not yet responded
• Receive notifications of acceptance and follow-up of purchase orders
• Receive notifications of movements in contracts/commercial agreements
• Receive notifications of request and negotiation of purchase order delivery dates and quantities
• Receive expiration notifications for documents registered/controlled on the portal
To be able to use ANA for Paradigma SRG360, the user must be accredited as a user of an operating platform.
