Assessment of hospitals empaneled under the YSR Health Care Trust by the Mithras through a questionnaire to describe the facilities and services provided by the hospital. This has been taken as one of the parameter to rate the hospitals on quality of hygiene and services, etc., which in turn given the choice to the public to choose the best hospital for their treatment on cashless basis under the scheme
