Shinrokun, a utility service sharing application for the Vietnamese community in Japan or related to Japan, is available on the Google Play application.

With the purpose of connecting the Vietnamese community in Japan more and more closely, as well as the desire to provide facilities to support the life and study of the Vietnamese community in Japan in general, and friends in Japan. Vietnam in particular, the application has built a variety of utilities in terms of functions, and tries to develop more and more in terms of content.

The main functions integrated in the application:
- Set of multiple choice questions for driving a car: honmen (16 sets - 1,520 questions) with illustrations
- N5 ~ N1 Japanese vocabulary set: 7,500 words with examples
- Japanese vocabulary by topic: 8,500 words (65 topics)
- List of Vietnamese restaurants present in Japan, compiled and updated regularly

In addition, there are other outstanding functions:
- Look up information about traffic violations in Japan
- Look up the list of traffic signs in Japan
- Attendance function every day to receive bonus points
- Driving license test function with scoring with the same time as the real test
- Synchronize user information and test practice history of users
