The SRM application provides features related to direct interaction between Building Management and Residents:
- Residents view and search related debt information.
- Allows checking and searching information on services such as management fees, electricity, water and vehicles.
- Allow direct sending requests, error reports, service problems and quality of the building to the Management Board with visual attachments.
- Receive news alerts from management
- Receive troubleshooting results to each client account using the App
- Assessing the treatment quality of the Management Board: Evaluating stars, and submitting suggestions
- Register the services and utilities of the Management Board
