SSMS Aero Dili is implementing Safety & Security Management System (SSMS) actively in support of community information publicly about security and safety, as well as awareness and concern of all employees and customers to report any hazards for the security and safety to management of the company. The habit of "there is not sanctions discipline to the reporter" will be put in place for employees who report the safety and security hazard or attention to the management of the company.
