HOW TO USE LEASOFY VENDOR

Step 1: Registration
Register using your phone number and OTP

Step 2: Fill store details
Setup store details, address, schedules

Step 3: List products
Click on the Inventory in the bottom bar, select add product, select category, upload photos, and fill details and done.

Step 4: Now just wait for orders to come
You can also share your shop links in your WhatsApp groups or your customer to let them know you are selling online too 😍.



Step 5: Accept orders and dispatch the product
Once your customer places an order, you will get a notification. Click on the notification and accept the order. Once your order is packed, mark the order as ‘Packed’ in the accepted orders tab. Once your shipment is dispatched, mark it as “Dispatched”, once your confirmed order delivery marks it as “Delivered”.

Step 6: Apply for Verified Shop
Verified shop will offer you features like prepaid payments, coupons, etc. for free of cost.


# FAQ
Q1. How to verify my shop
Go to the account tab in the bottom bar, tap on the Not Verified button then tap “Verify Now” fill details and submit. Our executive will contact you on your registered phone number and verify your details.

Q2. I registered on Leasofy as a seller but not receiving orders. why?
First of all, when you create your shop on Leasofy, let your customer know that you are also selling online too by sharing your shop on WhatsApp or other social media. Another reason, we might not support your Pincode officially yet. but if you share your shop with customers they can still order from Leasofy app.

Q3. My Pincode is not supported officially yet? When will you start supporting my Pincode?
We are coming super soon to your Pincode. Our team covers the region based on how many stores are active in a particular pincode. so as the verified store count increases in your area, will also increase your Pincode priority for official support.
