Loan Regulations
Our digital loan operations are licensed by approval from Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Council (FCCPC) in Nigeria with approval number FCCPC/DSI/INV/ML/367.
Our loan operation is in compliance with local laws in Abuja, Nigeria evidenced by a loan license with certificate No: MLA/WZ2/189/2023.

Loan Repayments
Loan repayment periods are between 61 days (above 2 months) and 540 days (18 months); being the minimum and maximum repayment periods respectively.

The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 42% per annum i.e. 3.5% per month.

For example, on a one-million-naira loan (N1,000,000) disbursed, the sum of N420,000 is charged as interest in 12 months. Total repayment for one year is N1,420,000 while the monthly repayment is N118,333. We do not charge upfront fees or management fees.
