The STAT Ticket client for Android devices provides end users with the ability to quickly and easily report application and device issues. Tickets submitted using the STAT Android client are processed and displayed identically to tickets sent using the STAT Ticket PC client. Tickets are displayed in the STAT Web console and accessed via a link included in the submission that is sent to the Help Desk system. Note: this application requires the end user device to be on the same intranet as the STAT Ticket server.
