The StayMate app is specifically designed for guests to have instant access to the services and information they want, one single QR code in room can access 20+ services in the Hotel and connected to each department, from multiple touch points throughout the hotel or resort. Flexibility means hotel guests can access their services within the rooms.
StayMate also provides a mobile application to all hotel staff to receive each guest request by department wise. A supervisor dashboard has also been provided to control employees and monitor orders on time and keep service quality management.
