It strengthens the nerve pathways in your brain, opening more and more areas of the brain. It can include rehearsing, solving riddles or riddles, learning a new language or a new musical instrument. Make it fun and you will enjoy the "workout" while you are at it.

3. Don't forget to exercise your body too - we can't improve just one area of ​​our body without helping the whole body, that's how it works. So some regular aerobic exercise gets blood flowing (improving circulation) to all parts of the body, including the brain. Physical exercise also helps you to be more alert, relaxed and in a "good state of mind" to remember.

4. Reducing stress - Of course we cannot completely eliminate stress in our life, and stress has its benefits as well. But uncontrolled stress can affect our health, both physically and mentally. Find what helps you reduce stress. For me, yoga or Pilates is therapy. It's something I enjoy doing, I feel good doing it because I know it's good for me, and it's an hour in my day where I forget what's going on and I'm just focused on getting my dog ​​facing down properly.

5. Take better photos - Sometimes we forget things, not because our memories are bad, but because we don't really focus and take in the details. Listen to their names, think about it, and look at the color of their tie and the color of their hair. Get involved in meeting this person and focus on seeing details about him and what he has to say.
