This is the official app for TMF (TomManningsFitness), which will allow you to book into the fun fitness classes in London!
There are classes seven days a week, morning and evening. These include full body, bodyweight only classes which are styled in a “Bootcamp” format which can burn up to 600kcal per class. There are also Strength & Conditioning classes which are aimed at building strength, muscle mass, power and develop anaerobic endurance. It’s highly recommended to take part in both types of classes to get the best of both worlds, from a cardiovascular and a strength perspective.
