The main objective of this application is to record all instances related to operation and maintenance.

Demand - The purpose is to raise and record the Demand from a customer
or field staff and to perform intervention or to forward this for a diagnosis.

Diagnosis - The purpose of the Diagnosis is to evaluate the demand and accordingly plan for the equipment and resources for the field intervention.

Intervention - The purpose of the Intervention is to record all the field tasks/issues/work remotely and send this information of the intervention along with GPS coordinates, pictures, descriptions of the work to the centralized server.

Approval - Concerned Person can approve or reject valid work.
