This app makes the latest Winlink standard templates available to the WoAD app.

The standard templates are used to efficiently send and receive formatted documents between template-enabled clients of the Winlink Global Radio Email (https://winlink.org/) system.

The document content is contained in a small .xml data file that is exchanged between users, and then used to populate the associated HTML-based template.
