Narrated by Abu Dawood and Al-Tirmidhi, and improved by Al-Albani.

On the authority of Ibn Masoud - may God be pleased with him - he said: A man will be brought in his grave and his feet will be visited and his legs will say: You have no way over what is before me. Before me, he used to recite Surat Al-Mulk with me, then his head would be brought and say: You have no way before me, he used to recite Surat Al-Mulk with me. He said: It is the barrier that prevents from the torment of the grave, and it is in the Torah: Surat Al-Mulk - whoever recites it in a night has lost more and better. Al-Hakim narrated it and said: The chain of transmission is authentic, and Al-Dhahabi agreed with it.

And in a narration about him: Whoever recites Blessed is the one in whose hand is the king every night, God Almighty prevented him from the torment of the grave, and in the era of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, we called it the Mana’ah, and it is in the Book of God Almighty, a surah. . Narrated by Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Albani classed it as good.

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: Some of the companions of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, hit his tent on a grave - and he did not think that it was a grave - and there was a person in it who recited Surah Blessed in whose hand is the king until he sealed it.
