Surat Al-Rahman is one of the first chapters revealed to our master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
Surat Al-Rahman is located in the twenty-seventh part, which is the fifty-fifth surah according to the arrangement of the Ottoman Qur’an.

The virtue of Surah Al-Rahman
There are many hadiths about Surat Al-Rahman, which have not been proven authentic.
Most of the hadiths that were narrated are weak in chains of transmission, as verified by Al-Albani.
It is worth noting that one of those weak hadiths is the hadith (Everything has a bride, and the bride of the Qur’an is Surah Ar-Rahman).
In spite of that, it was mentioned in the authentic prophetic hadith about Surat Al-Rahman, in which:
And in it (that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, recited Surat Al-Rahman to his companions, but they remained silent and said, “Why should I hear the jinn better answer to their Lord than you?”
Features of Surah Al-Rahman
Surat Al-Rahman is the only Surah in all the Surahs of the Noble Qur’an, which began with one of the Most Beautiful Names of God
He is the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The Almighty’s verse (which of the favors of your Lord would you deny),[5], was repeatedly mentioned in Surat Al-Rahman thirty-one times,
The purpose of this, as interpreted by the scholars, was to denote the position of gratitude and veneration, as indicated by the venerable Arab style.
The method of encouragement and intimidation was used in the surah, to clarify God Almighty's condition of the miserable,
And what they suffer from panic and horrors on the Day of Resurrection, and in contrast to that, the state of those who rejoice in Paradise in length and detail.
The Almighty said: “This is Hell in which the criminals will be denied (43)
Which of the bounties of your Lord would you deny (45), and for one who fears the station of his Lord will be two gardens (46), then what of the bounties of your Lord will he deny? (47)
The noble surah also dealt with the many uncountable blessings of God Almighty, including the blessing of teaching the Qur’an.
