A consumer/homeowner App which allows any customers whose engineer who uses the associated software (SureFire Software) as their primary CRM, to download it and have access to their appliance and payment history, make appointments directly via the App, and track their engineer when en route to their homes. This App identifies the customer using their unique and secure login credentials and allows them to review any historical documents such as payment history & various certificates. It also notifies the customer when the engineer is en route to their premises and can push notifications when payments are due with links directly to various Accounts packages to streamline payments and increase cashflow.
