In the very early days I would suggest that you choose one of the DANCES and learn the STEPS that feature in your chosen dance. Learning the STEPS for, and dancing, one dance is fun and may motivate you to learn more STEPS and DANCES. If you prefer, you can, of course, learn all (or some) of the STEPS before learning and dancing and dance.
