All material is based on the Vaganova Syllabus.

Prerequisites for the different levels.
Beginner: Up to 2 years of prior knowledge
Intermediate: 2 to 5 years of prior knowledge
Advanced: At least 5 years of prior knowledge

The knowledge I propose is general and depends of course on how many times a week you practice ballet, age and prior knowledge.


The courses are named a, b and c, They are based on each other and should be used in that order.
example: you start with beginner lesson 1a, and then continue with 1b and ending up with 1c. Before moving on to 2a, 2b and 2c.

Each lesson consists of exercises for a whole lesson, 9-10 Le Barre exercises and 9-12 Au Milieu and diagonal exercises.
You can also buy separate exercises.

All exercises are completely unique. You will not find 2 similar exercises in any part of the material.
