Imam Ali then advised Kumayl to recite this "Du'a" on the eve of (i.e. evening preceding) every Friday, or 15 shuban or every Thursday night or once a month or at least once in every year.
This dua is useful for any illness u have like heart or mind or body and any problem related to your body dua is reason to ask allha pak and when u ask from your heart Allha pak accept it and gives you what u want and specaily in namez or after this dua is very good caz in namz all the prayers will be accepted and problems will be slived and make sure abour bath or after wadue to make this jazakallha
