This application provides information regarding appropriate disease related chemotherapeutic regimens, but also provides appropriate links to clinical trials informing management decisions. Furthermore, it introduces new therapies, developed and approved for patients with gynecologic cancers. The application also contains recommended dosing and treatment algorithms, as well as calculators to assist in the clinical care of patients. Notably, this application contains tools directed at identification and management of treatment-related toxicities. As novel therapeutics are approved more rapidly, understanding common adverse events and their management is exceedingly important. In an effort to optimize patient care and improve safety, this application contains relevant toxicity data, and incorporates recommendations regarding dose delay and dose reductions as well as drug discontinuation.
