Introducing AMS ! ALERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM !

While the Backend operations & Production support team keep the most complicated work and systems up and running 24/7. We aim at delegating them to live up the challenge, become responsive, productive and reliable.

AMS is used to monitor the applications and usage of the systems.
In general, it is used to trigger a notification based on criteria or unexpected or uninterrupted situations to users through their preferred channels with different levels.

Now there are four categories in AMS. ALERTS, DATAPOINTS, TIMELINES, NEWS

The first category is “alerts !”
It is a category to monitor any uninterrupted issues from the applications or systems. Again these are divided into 2 types
Alerts which are generated by the system.
Alerts which are posted by the user.

The second category is “data points !”
A data point is an alert category to monitor/track a specific scenario in the Business application at regular intervals.


The third category is “timelines!”
Timeline is an alert category to monitor the expiry dates of subscriptions, deadlines or any date which needs to be tracked.

The fourth category is “news!”
This category is used to post general information.

Groups can be created for users who require a similar type of alert with respect to a specific application.

User can be notified through various channels like SMS, emails and push notifications.

There are different alert criteria levels like low, medium, high critical to which user can subscribe and get alerts based on their selection.
