T2L Riders App is only available on Android platform. The rider is able to accept deliveries by logging into the app with the details created by the company. Once a rider accepts a delivery on the app, he is able to update the status of the delivery.

Other Features
SMS Alert: Here the riders get a notification via sms to log into their riders application to see pickup and delivery details.

Orders: Click on orders which is by the top left of the sidebar to view all new orders pending to be accepted by the rider. However, the orders falls under 3 categories which includes the following:

Pending: All new orders waiting to be accepted by the rider.

Ongoing: Every order marked to be delivered or is on-going at the moment falls under this category.

Past: All orders that has been delivered to the recipients will appear under this category

Pickup/Delivery details:Here the details of delivery is clearly stated for riders to follow lead and the riders can mark his delivery to different status which includes: ACCEPTED, GOING TO PICK UP, PICKED UP, GOING TO DELIVER, DELIVERED.

History:View all the rides you have tracked in History

Logout: This option enables the rider to log out of the Riders app.

Riders status: The rider has the option of making himself available or unavailable for deliveries.
