The NoviQuest aims to serve as a mobile interface, customers with medical clinics to answer questionnaires and recording clinical and satisfaction.

The NoviQuest is an application that works in conjunction with a backoffice software (sold separately) and through an internet connection: presents quizzes created to be answered, carries information about the answers and allows to perform analyzes on the responses recorded.

The NoviQuest also operates in offline-mode, being able to save your survey responses locally and can be sent later when the internet connection or access to the backoffice is restored.

The NoviQuest provides clinical questionnaires (anamnesis) and satisfaction (anonymous) using settings that allow multiple choice answers, only choice, scale, free text, record date and allows the collection of signatures of the customers. Additionally, it allows the completed questionnaire is sent as an attachment in pdf format via email. The configuration allows questonários issues are presented depending on previous answers.
