Introduction of the author Dr. Muhammad Al-Hilal

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, the Seal of the Prophets, and the Mercy of the Worlds.

The mysteries of the Noble Qur’an remain the rope of God and His light in the heavens and the earth above all interpretation, and greater than any knowledge can surround them, or human minds can reach their truth, or know their end except the one who revealed them, Glory be to Him; The minds of scholars of jurisprudence and interpretation, linguistics, grammar and eloquence, and cosmologists were confused by the greatness and miraculousness of God’s words.

Everyone acknowledges and acknowledges that no matter how much knowledge they attained in the interpretation of the Book of God, the Mighty and Sublime, they have attained only a few, and they have not comprehended of its secrets and meanings except a little, or anything else but a niqar, or a wicker, or a qatmir, or a grain of mustard, or an atom, or less than that. Or a drop of a sea that extends after it seven sailors.

This is the book that He revealed to His servant, and He did not make him crooked. To be a warner to the worlds, and to give good tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that they will have a good reward.

Everyone knows that this Qur’an is still being interpreted throughout (14) centuries, and in every time some new meanings and secrets appear, and as it was said: its wonders never cease.

I took more than (25) years to write this interpretation based on reliable scientific sources that researchers have addressed, the interpretation of the Qur’an with the Qur’an, studies in the sciences of the Qur’an, analogies and analogies, objective interpretation, linguistics, statement, grammar and rhetoric.

This interpretation is for the sake of God Almighty, I do not want a dirham, money, reputation, or anything except the pleasure of God Almighty, and God willing, it will be distributed free of charge to the people of knowledge.

This interpretation includes several parts, and its approach is as follows:

1 - I divided the verses into units, each unit representing a page of the Qur’an in the Ottoman drawing, followed by an explanation of that unit.

2- Mention the reasons for the revelation of some verses that help in the statement.

3- Attempting to explain each letter or word and its meanings.

4- Knowing the linguistic differences between words that are similar or close in meaning.

5- Knowing the origin of many of the words that are repeated in the Qur’an, and how they were derived.

6- Comparing many similar verses in different surahs or one surah.

7- Attempt not to repeat the interpretation and refer to other previous or subsequent verses.

8- An attempt to show some aspect of the rhetorical and linguistic miracles, and the scientific miracles in many verses.

9- Mention more than one meaning of the verse if it can bear it.

10 - Mention the sources that were used in this interpretation at the end of the interpretation, and I did not mention them under each verse or interpretation for fear of lengthening or scattering of ideas, and for every reader to know that I have avoided any weak opinion, or interpretation in doubt.

11- I have compared many of the well-known interpretations, and I found them to be similar in more than (80-90%), and many of them do not cure people’s ambition, or what comes to the reader’s mind sometimes; So I tried to answer them as much as possible, and what my Lord has guided me to, and I hope for His acceptance, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
