tag-a-bag makes it super simple to activate a tag by utilizing both NFC and QR reading technologies. It takes no more than a few seconds to create a full online profile of your bag, including a picture and other properties. The advantage of our solution (patent pending) is that the finder can report the exact location of a lost bag without the need to have any App installed, even when there is no GPS signal! The information the finder sees is dynamic and controlled by the bag owner. There is no need to share private information such as an address or your phone number until a bag is lost.
The App is integrated with social networks which make it the first social lost & found solution. Our connection to services like TripIt allows you to automatically retrieve a summary of your itinerary once you scan your bag.
Our tags are embedded with a NFC chip as well as a clear QR code.
