Users of the digital services platform, through the Takaful Online mobile application or the platform's website, can benefit from the following services:

• Creating an account to subscribe to the service.

• Submitting applications for individual insurance services, whether for new policies or policy renewals:
• Vehicle insurance
• Personal accident insurance
• Comprehensive home insurance
• Elevator insurance
• Travel insurance
• Submitting applications for other services by uploading the required documents and sending them to the Takaful company
• Paying for the insurance policy electronically

• Tracking applications through the platform
• Inquiring about required documents issued by the Takaful company
• Any other services that may be offered or launched later, subject to prior approval from the Capital Market Authority.
