1. Main page
This main page is like a monthly calendar app.
You will record daily life time of wake-up, bedtime, sleeping time and feeling.

2. Setting targets page
You can set targets on a monthly basis, on weekdays and holidays in each.
And you can set a subject of your purpose.

3. Summary page
You see good days, bad days and rate of good wake-up time, bedtime per a month.
Displaying by charts is very easy to understanding.

4. Output PDF file
Enable to print(output to PDF File) your monthly record and summary.

5. Settings
You can set below items.
・Holidays・・・By default, Saturday and Sunday are holiday. You can set any
day of week as holiday or weekday.
・Public holidays・・・Add public holidays of your country. And you can freely set any days as holiday, like summer vacations.
・User setting time・・・You can set any name on "active time"(default) column. For example, exercise, studying, working time.
・Sleep time・・・You can select the calculation method of sleep time (Sleep just in this day, or from this night to next morning).
・Notification・・・Setting notification before the target bedtime (By default, notification is disable).
