Sihai Youlong is Taiwan’s first catering group that specializes in pot stickers and dumplings. It was founded in 2009. The full name of the company is Sihai Youlong Food Co., Ltd. The co-founders Chen Wudiao and Li Xingchang. At present, there are branches in Taiwan and mainland China, and it ranks as the top two specialty stores of potstickers in Taiwan with Bafangyunji.


In 1992, Li Xingchang, then a teacher at Xinpu National Elementary School in Banqiao City, Taipei County, participated in the legislative election. He won only 9,910 votes and was unsuccessful. Because of his participation in the election, he was burdened with a debt of more than NT$700,000. He taught at school, set up roadside stalls selling pot stickers in the evening market in Zhonghe City, Taipei County at night, and announced his withdrawal from the shell-less snail movement.
