The "Sanly Bilim" system consists of several components. It includes elements such as the "Educational Information Center" project, the "Digital Educational Services" platform, the "Digital Notifications" platform, and the "Digital Educational Standard" project. These components provide convenient access to information from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and its institutions, enabling the collection, publication, promotion, and monitoring of data, as well as offering all educational services through a single platform with the "Educational ID" format.

Additionally, through the digital notifications service, users can promptly familiarize themselves with updates occurring within the ministry as well as throughout the country. One of the main goals of the "Sanly Bilim" system is to bring the ministry's services in line with a unified standard that meets global requirements.
