Application description
Like the Inside of My Palm application is a platform developed for visually impaired individuals to be aware of their surroundings.

With the Like the Palm of My Hand Application, individuals who are not visually impaired; While walking on the street, they take photographs of obstacles such as poles, trees, and pits that may hinder visually impaired individuals. And they upload these obstacles to the system along with location tags. A visually impaired individual passing on the same road receives an audible warning from the application that he is near the obstacle. This ensures that the visually impaired individual can travel without encountering an accident. In this form, the platform brings together non-visually impaired individuals and visually impaired individuals within the scope of cooperation.

A scoring system has been developed for non-visually impaired users that gives scores to each photo they upload to the system. Afterwards, the scores of all users were arranged in a table and presented to the users.
In this way, the application is made more entertaining and its continuity of use is ensured.





We aim to find solutions to the problems of visually impaired individuals, who are an important segment of our society, with this application we developed to benefit their lives.
