This app is a combination of multiple personas, FMT/VMT & Customer, demarcated at user authentication stage.
The customer persona of the app allows the customer to track orders and project plan, complete tasks, view inventory product wise and raise Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests(non-commercial ones).
The FMT/VMT version of the app designed for field engineers and vendors enables them to close their field tasks in a simple and efficient way. In addition, it provides live tracking of field activities.
